We aim to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll help you with a smooth return process.

1. Returns (right of withdrawal)

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw, email support@vacdra.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the product back.
  • You may open and try the product to check what it is and how it works, as you could in a shop. If it shows damage or wear beyond that, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value.
  • Please return the product in its original packaging where possible.

2. Refunds

  • We refund you within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, including the standard delivery costs you paid. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that you have sent it back.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.  

4. Warranty

All VACDRA products include a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee that applies to goods in your country (in the EU, at least two years). The manufacturer's warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
