💰 Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll help you with a smooth return process.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original box and packaging.

• To start a return, email support@vacdra.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

• For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method.  

4. Warranty

All VACDRA products include a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
