1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

     

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

2. Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • Germany, Luxembourg and the rest of the EU: 3–5 business days

  • United States: delivery times vary by location and customs clearance

3. Shipping Costs

  • We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the other EU countries and the United States.

  • Free shipping on orders of two or more items to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
  • Standard shipping rates apply for single items and for other destinations, and are displayed at checkout.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • VAT: We apply the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR). Therefore, no VAT is charged and our prices do not include VAT.

  • International orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or related fees upon delivery.

5. Shipping Partners

We use reliable shipping services such as PostNL and DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
If your order appears lost, contact support@vacdra.com and we’ll assist with tracking or replacement where possible.
