By accessing or purchasing from vacdra.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
This website is operated by Active Dee Services, based in Den Haag, Netherlands. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to display accurate product information. We may change or discontinue products. Prices are shown in euros at checkout. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before we ship, and you can choose to confirm or cancel your order.
3. Orders & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. We may refuse an order that we suspect of fraud or misuse. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email support@vacdra.com with your order number. Details on returns and refunds are in our Refund Policy.
6. Legal Guarantee and Warranty
Your legal rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee that products must match what was sold, are not affected by these Terms. In addition to those rights, we offer a 6-month warranty on the VACDRA Mini against defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, for example vacuuming liquids or opening or modifying the product. To make a claim, email support@vacdra.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on vacdra.com, including logos, images and product descriptions, is the property of Active Dee Services and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Liability
Active Dee Services is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the VACDRA product or from not following the user manual. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that it will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are handled by the Dutch courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
